No. Visitors simply scan the QR code and follow the prompts in their phone’s browser to contact you.

Can I answer when I’m away from home?

Yes. You can see and speak with visitors wherever you have an internet connection, making it easy to respond to guests or give delivery instructions.

No. The DoorVi sign requires no wiring, batteries or electrical connection. Both you and your visitor need an internet-connected smartphone to make and receive calls.

Can visitors see me during the call?
